Interactive Newcomer Directory

Through extensive user research and close collaboration with our community partners, we’ve created a database of services and service aggregates currently offered for refugees in the Greater Toronto Area. We hope to create or support the creation of a digital tool that provides a user-centred, intuitive entry point for refugees and their supporters to connect with the resources and services they need to succeed. This will include the ability to find to match service combinations (eg, language classes near daycare) and rate services, providing some useful insight for newcomers and feedback for service providers.
